当前对建筑工程质量的要求越来越高,更多的新材料和节能减排新技术被广泛应用在工程实践中,但由于有经验的管理人员和高素质的一线工人严重不足,技术交底和岗前培训难以达到预期效果,同时对质量检查验收的认识存在偏差,因此需应用标准化、规范化对工程质量进行管理监督,"样板引路"作为一项有效措施,有利于加强对工程关键环节的质量控制,防治工程质量常见问题。

Nowadays,the public has increasingly higher demand on the quality of construction projects,more new materials and new energy saving and emission reduction technology are widely applied in engineering practice. In order to ensure the engineering quality,we manage and supervise the quality of the project by using standards. 'Model the way' is an effective measures which is beneficial to strengthen the quality control of the key steps of the project and to avoid the commom problems of the project quality.
