摘要
珠海恒虹世纪广场为3栋41层带大底盘商住大厦,裙房4层,地下室2层,在30、31层设计有越层的连通式空中会所,属竖向带转换的超B级高度超限复杂超高层结构。在结构设计中采取了基于静力、动力弹塑性分析的性能化设计方法,并采取了抗震加强措施,保证结构能达到预期的性能水准目标。在基础设计中根据工程地质条件和不同分区结构的特性进行了比选和优化,并根据施工工期和施工条件等进行了在当地有创新性的修改,取得了较好的效果。
Zhuhai Henghong Century Plaza is complex of commercial and residential,with three 41 story apartment and 4 story attached commercial building and 2 story basement for parking. The club was located on 30th^31th floor with an open space and combine the 3tower. The structure is over B-grade height and over code structure type with transfer floor. Acording to static and dynamic elastic-plastic analysis of the structure,by performace design method,the engineer adopted enhance measure to satisfy the seismic requirement of the structure. According to the geology report and character of the structure and construction conditions,the engineer modify and optimize the foundation design.
