地下室侧壁后浇带防渗漏结构体系设计与施工

The Design and Construction for Antiseep Structral System of Late Poured Band of Basement Exterior Wall

地下结构施工中后浇带的施工时间常与工期存在矛盾,且目前地下室外墙后浇带普遍采用一字式砌筑或混凝土板等,容易出现渗漏等质量问题。本文介绍一种新型的地下室侧壁后浇带防渗漏结构体系,既可提前插入回填土工序,加快施工进度,又可提高后浇带施工质量,实际应用取得良好的施工效果。

The completed time of late poured bands was usually against the project duration, generally, the bands were casted by the methods of reinforced concrete slabs or single-line type bricklaying which easily caused some quality problems of leakage. So a new antiseep structral system of this band pouring was introduced in this paper,the advantages of practical project application was obvious which both speeded up construction progress by inserting landfills procedure and improved construction quality of late poured bands casting.
