摘要
大体积混凝土越来越多地应用于高层和超高层结构中,如何控制和减少裂缝的形成,成为设计和施工过程中一个关键的难题。本文以某框架-核心筒工程项目为例,结合有限元软件Midas FEA对大体积混凝土剪力墙进行了温度应力分析,找出了剪力墙裂缝产生的主要原因,并针对施工中出现的裂缝问题提出相应的控制措施,其研究成果可为类似工程施工提供参考。
Mass concrete is increasingly used in high-rise and super high-rise structures,how to control and reduce the formation of cracks in the design and construction process has become a critical problem. Take a frame-core tube engineering project as an example,by using finite element software Midas FEA,analyzed the temperature stress of mass concrete shear wall,the main reasons for the cracks of shear wall are obtained,and cracks appeared for construction problems propose appropriate control measures. The research results can provide reference for similar construction.
