天安云谷项目高大圆柱弧形木模板的应用

摘要 某项目设计有一大型景观平台将南北两区多栋塔楼裙房连为一体,长达155m,采用大直径钢筋混凝土圆形柱,柱距最大达26m,支模高度最大达11.8m,圆形柱与矩形梁在平面上相交的节点形状复杂、模板种类繁多,采用弧形木模板拼装,结合钢带抱箍的侧模加固系统,观感质量达到清水混凝土的标准,但施工成本远低于定型钢模板,值得同类项目借鉴参考。 A project designed with a large landscape platform northern and southern areas many buildings tower and podium as a single entity,up to 155 m. This design uses large diameter circular reinforced concrete columns,column spacing maximum of 26 m,the maximum formwork height of 11.8m. Circular columns and rectangular beams node shape on a plane intersecting the complex,a wide range of templates. Therefore,the use of curved wood template assembled,combined side mold steel hoop reinforcement systems,perception of water quality up to standard concrete,but far less than the cost of construction steel template set,similar projects worth draw reference.
