Construction Technology of Framework Capitals Concrete Reinforcement of a Commercial and Residential Building

本文结合某住宅楼工程实例,介绍在框架柱顶出现松散混凝土夹层质量缺陷,承载力不足的情况下,采用卸荷后置换混凝土的补强加固方法,使该框架柱承载能力达到设计要求。

This paper combines a residential building project,it introduces mezzanine loose quality defects in concrete frame capitals,lower carrying capacity is insufficient,the use of replacement after unloading concrete reinforcement methods,so that the frame columns bearing capacity to meet the design requirements.
