华南国际港航服务中心项目52层主塔楼总高度为242.5m,采用框架-核心筒结构,框架为钢管混凝土柱+混凝土梁,核心筒为局部设置型钢的钢筋混凝土核心筒,楼盖采用现浇混凝土大板结构。文中介绍该工程设计的关键问题,包括结构体系、基础设计、楼盖布置,以及结构计算、典型节点分析与试验等,供设计参考。
Huanan International Port Service Center,the main tower to have 52 floors,standing 242.5m. frame-core wall structure,with frame consisting of concrete beans and concrete-filled steel tubular(CFST) columns and reinforced concrete core wall embedded steel members locally. Large panel floor system is used typically for all floors. This paper sets out the principle design of mentioned project:structural system,foundation design,floor framing layout,structural analysis and calculations and structural analysis and tests of typical joints.
