经脐单孔腹腔镜技术在切除小儿腹腔囊性肿块中的临床效果观察

The clinical effect of laparoscopic resection of abdominal cystic masses on children with umbilical single hole laparoscopic technique

目的评价经脐单孔腹腔镜技术在切除小儿腹腔囊性肿块中的临床效果。方法依据纳入排除标准共选取90例患儿并随机分为2组,对照组给予常规治疗措施,研究组给予经脐单孔腹腔镜技术;比较两组患儿客观指标情况(术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间)、临床疗效。结果研究组患儿术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、分别为(23.0±5.9)ml,(34.4±2.1)min,(8.6±2.3)d,均较对照组有明显缩短;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为95.6%,高于对照组(80.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经脐单孔腹腔镜技术治疗小儿腹腔囊性肿块的临床效果较佳,既可有效减少患儿的住院时间,又可避免转为重症炎症等,显著提高治疗有效率,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of single port laparoscopic surgery on treatment of abdominal cystic masses in children. Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,90 patients were randomly divided into two groups,control group was given conventional treatment,study group given transumbilical single port laparoscopic technique; Compared two groups’ amount of intraoperative bleeding,operation time,hospitalization time,the clinical efficacy. Conclusion The umbilical single port laparoscopic technique has good effect on treatment of pediatric abdominal cystic mass,it can not only effectively reduce the children hospitalized time,but also avoid the transfer of severe inflammation and significantly improve the efficiency of treatment,which is worthy of clinical use.
