摘要
为满足电工装备环氧浇注成型工艺对环氧材料粘度以及导热性能的需求,对Al2O3/BN复合环氧材料进行了研究。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、旋转流变仪以及瞬态平面热源(MTPS)法热导率分析仪考察了填料用量对环氧组合物粘度以及环氧固化物电阻率和热导率的影响。研究表明:片层状的BN填料对于环氧组合物粘度的影响远高于近似球形的Al2O3填料,使用片层状BN填料不利于环氧材料在饱和电抗器中的浇注固化工艺。因此,单纯使用近似球形Al2O3填料可以在不影响浇注的情况下最大程度提升环氧材料导热性能,热导率最高可达1.61 W/(m·K)。
In order to meet the requirements of the epoxy casting molding process of electric equipment,the viscosity and thermal conductivity of epoxy Al2O3/BN composites were studied.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),rotational rheometer and transient planar heat source(MTPS)thermal conductivity analyzer were used to investigate the effects of filler loading on the viscosity,resistivity and thermal conductivity of epoxy formulation systems.Results show that the effect of the layered BN filler on the viscosity of the epoxy composition is much higher than that of the approximately spherical Al2 O3 filler.The use of the layered BN filler is not conducive to the casting and solidification process of the epoxy material in the saturable reactor.Therefore,the use of proximately spherical Al2 O3 filler alone can maximize the thermal conductivity of epoxy materials without affecting the casting,and the thermal conductivity can reach up to 1.61 W/(m·K).
