基于四通道多光谱图像采集系统的光谱估计算法 被引量:3

摘要 采用双CMOS多光谱成像系统来采集图像颜色信息,在以往的R,G,B三色通道系统的基础上通过1个黑白CMOS增加了1个灰度通道。通过实验研究发现,增加灰度通道后灰度信息加强,光谱重建精度提高,证明了四通道系统较优于三通道系统。特别是在加了适当的滤波片后,效果更明显,在训练样本的数据结果评议中,四通道系统与三通道系统相比较,均方根差平均值降低1.66%,相对误差平均值降低10.49%;在待测样本的评议中,均方根差平均值降低2.14%,相对误差平均值降低12.92%。此结果说明,黑白CMOS的增加是有效果的。 A multi-spectral imaging system with dual-CMOS is adopted to obtain color information of a surface.In this system,R,G,B channels and a gray channel are established.The experimental result shows that the precision of the spectral reflectance reconstruction is improved by adding a gray channel.Especially after adding proper filters,the result is better.In evaluation of the disciplinal sample result,compared with only one CMOS system,mean RMS error(RMSE)has been decreased by 1.66%;and mean relative error(%R)has been decreased by 10.49%.In evaluation of testing samples results,compared with only one CMOS system,RMSE has been decreased by 2.14%;and%R has been decreased by 12.92%.Therefore,it is useful to add a gray channel of a monochrome CMOS.
