工程化高耐久性光纤光栅压力环的研究与开发 被引量:5

Research and development of high durable load cell based on FBG

摘要 基于光纤光栅(FBG)传感和应变式力传感器机理,采用纤维增强树脂(FPR)封装和金属焊接布设的可靠工艺,研究开发出一种高耐久性的FBG压力环,并实现了相应的温度补偿。标定实验表明,线性度为0.99%,灵敏度为2.02×106kN,重复性为1.11%,迟滞为0.65%,静态误差为1.62%。 Based on FBG sensing technique and strain load-sensor principle,a novel high durable load cell has been developed,which is characterized by FRP package for FBG and metal welding technique.The corresponding temperature compensation is also given.Calibration experiments show the features of the new load cell such as 0.99% of linearity,2.02×106 kN of sensitivity,1.11% of repeatability error and 0.65% of hysteresis coefficient.The FBG-based load cell possesses excellent performance to meet the needs of application in civil engineering.
