摘要
在全面探讨各种评价模型的基础上,提出了一种更为广泛有效的新的二级评判模型.并首次提出了评判结果的数据处理方法.此模型应用于大连新港选址的评价与选优,得到了满意的结果.
On the basis of discussing comprehensively various evaluation models a new two-level evalu-
ation model, which is more extensive and effective than other ones,has been given. The data han-
dling method for the evaluation results is first presented. This model was used in the evaluation
and optimization of determining the site of the new port of Dalian. The result obtained from this
model is encouraging.
