从全局角度来考虑,对辽东半岛沿海开放港口2000年的运量需求进行预测,提出各种合理规划.目的在于解决当前港口不适应国民经济发展以及重复建设等问题.
In order to solve the existing problems that the coastal ports of Liaodong Peninsula does not
meet the requirements of the development of the national economy and that funds are being wast-
ed in repeating construcation projects,a number of plans are presented on the basis of the forecast
of the handling capacity by the year 2000.
