摘要
在归纳了国内外对“港口通过能力理论研究”的基础上,运用唯物辩证法的基本观点对港口的生产组织规律进行分析,提出了港口通过能力的系统结构模型和通过能力计算的数学模型以及两个重要的生产原理——“综合平衡原理”和“作业排序原理”.在前述基本原理的指导下,对港口通过能力系统进行了动态分析,应用GPSS系统模拟语言,建立港口通过能力系统的动态模拟,结合生产实际对系统初始条件进行有目的地调控,经过多次模拟运行,找出密切相关的因素,最终达到确定港口合理通过能力之目的,实现对港口生产的组织、指挥、控制与调整提供决策依据和方法.
The theory of the port handling capacity is reviewed. The law governing port operation is
analysed systematically. The system structure and mathematical model of port handling capacity
are introduced. Two important principles of port operation-overall balamce and operation ar-
rangement are presented.
Based on the foregoing principles, the system of port handling capacity is analysed, modelled
and simulated with GPSS. The factors relative to the problem are determined in order to achieve
optimum port handling capacity. The conclusion and results can be applied to decision making in
planning,operation,control and adjustment of port operation.
