摘要
比较分析三类主要的软开关大功率全桥PWM变换器拓扑结构、主要工作特征及各自的优势与不足 ,指出大功率全桥变换器的发展趋势。介绍一种采用饱和电感与次级有源钳位相结合的FB ZVS PWM变换器 ,它能有效抑制整流管电压过冲及振荡 ,扩大软开关负载范围。给出了拓扑结构、次级钳位控制电路及实测波形 ,该拓扑已成功应用在 5kW、开关频率 10 0kHz的功率电源中。
Three kinds of topology for soft switching high power full-bridge PWM converter and its main feature are compared and analyzed. Some suggestions on future research are given. A FB-ZVS-PWM converter using saturable inductor and secondary active clamp is proposed. The nondissipative snubber completely eliminates the voltage overshoot and ringing across the rectifiers. The saturable inductor provides a wide ZVS load range. The principles of operation and secondary active clamp circuit are presentend. The experimental verifications from 5kW prototype converter operating at 100kHz are presented.
