摘要
建立了湿型铸件凝固进程数学模型,提出了模拟湿型中水分汽化热吸收 的等效温度法。对湿态粘土砂型中纯铝铸件凝固进程进行了数值模拟和实测研究。结果表明,湿型中水分含量对铸件凝固进程有明显影响,铸件凝固时间 随湿型水分含量的增加而减少,壁厚为4cm的纯铝铸件在水分含量16%的 湿型中的凝固时间仅为在2%水分含量的湿型中的一半。
The numerical model of solidification of castings in green sand moulds is proposed. The so- lidification progresses of an aluminium casting in green sand moulds(moisture from 2% to 18%) are calculated and measured. It is shown that the temperatures calculated by the numerical model are coincident well with the measured ones. The cooling speed and the solidification time are af- fected greatly by the moisture content:the cooling speed increases with the moisture content,and the solidification time decreases with the moisture content.
