菲律宾国家电力公司1999年开始计划建设1条新的500kV输电线路,为其经济发展提供充足的电力。文中介绍该500kV输电工程从规划的技术与经济调研、工程咨询到招标、评估及融资、设计、安装的全过程。详细介绍了系统参数和变电站的设备配置情况,可供国内输电工程参考。
In 1999, the Philippines?National Power Corp began to make a planning of building a new 500 kV transmissionsystem in Northwestern Luzon, in order to supply sufficient power for their economy development. The whole procedure ofthe transmission engineering is introduced in this paper, including the examination of the technical and economic aspects ofthe planning, engineering consulting, bid invitation and evaluation, financing, designing and installation. The system pa-rameters and substation configuration are described in detail to provide references for Chinese transmission engineerings.
