摘要
大功率电力电子器件在工作过程中将产生很大的热量,因此其冷却问题是关系到装置性能和可靠性的一个至关重要的问题。文中详细讨论国内外现在广泛采用的几种不同类型冷却系统的结构、原理和优缺点。国内外的经验表明,封闭式循环水冷却系统是目前高压大功率电力电子装置冷却方式中优势最为明显、应用前景最好的一种。
Power electronic devices dissipate very large heat flux densities. Therefore, the thermal environment is a mainissue in the performance and reliability of high power electronic equipment (HPEE). After a discussion on the presentcooling techniques of power electronic devices conducted, it is concluded that the full-closed de-ion water-cooling is thebest cooling technology since it can allow highest power dissipations, which covers more than foreseen needs for HPEE. Inaddition, it may provide the more advantages in water saving and de-pollution, and is most suitable for a water scarcitycountry like China.
