摘要
丰泰发电公司装有两台 HG- 6 70 / 13.7- YM13型锅炉 ,由于锅炉结构设计有缺欠 ,影响机组的正常运行。文中对该型锅炉的结构设计与变工况运行中存在的问题进行了全面分析 ,并采用燃烧室传热、流动和燃烧过程数学模型对该型锅炉进行三维数值模拟计算 ,得到一些重要结论 。
Fengtai Electric Power Limited Corporation has installed two boilers of which type is HG 670/13 7 YM13,but they did not run normally because of the problems with the structure design of the boilers This paper thoroughly analyzes these problems with the structure design and the running process of this type of boilers(HG 670/13 7 YM13) By utilizing the numerical modeling of heat conduction,heat flow and burning process of the furnace,simulated calculation for the three dimensional values of the modeling is performed and significant result is acquired The result has provided theoretical basis for improving design and operation process of the boilers
