为适应继电保护信息管理网络化的趋势 ,作者根据多年的继电保护整定和运行经验 ,编制了与继电保护整定和运行有关的一整套程序 ,且边开发边验证该套程序。文章介绍了一种继电保护整定计算和短路电流计算程序设计的新思路 ,它将和 DMIS网相结合 ,各程序之间是有机结合的 ,计算是基于网络的计算模式 。

The relays in power system must be suit for the dvelopment trend of modern network. With many years of working experience the author compiles the powerful software to solve the problem of protection analysis in power systems. Such as seting of relays and short circuit faults analyze. This paper presents a new method based on optimization algorithm and a new calculation based on network. The software is appplied in practical power network and debuging in using for a long time, so it can help the protection analysis level go to a new step and has a practical value in Anhui electric power systems.
