超期贮存的干荷电启动型铅酸蓄电池性能试验 被引量:1

摘要 对超期贮存 6a之久的干荷电启动型铅酸蓄电池 ,灌注电解液启用时 ,测试不同浸泡时间和不同化成充电时间对实际容量性能的影响 ,分别进行了 6HKA 5 5型干荷电启动型铅酸蓄电池浸泡 4h、2h、1h、0 .5h后放电容量对比试验 ,浸泡 4h后不充电、6A电流充电 5h、3A电流充电 2 5h、3A电流充电 5 0h后放电容量对比试验 ,结果表明 ,超期存放的干荷电启动型铅酸蓄电池只要采用适当的启用方法 ,就能达到规定性能指标的要求 。 The dry charged lead acid batteries for start up application, which were stored extendedly for 6 years, were activated by filling electrolyte, and the effects of various activation time and formation methods on their actual capacity and performance were tested. The model 6 HKA 55 batteries were activated for 4 h, 2h, 1h and 0.5 h respectively and then their discharge capacity was compared. The discharge capacity of the batteries activated for 4 h and then without charging, with charging at 6 A for 5 h, with charging at 3 A for 25 h and with charging at 3 A for 50 h was also compared. The results show that the dry charged lead acid batteries for start up application after extended storage can meet the specified performance index and can be used normally by means of appropriate activation methods.
