摘要
简述了我国废旧电子电器回收处理的现状及存在的问题 ,提出了废旧电子电器回收处理的可持续发展战略———立法、发展回收行业、刺激二手市场、提高回收技术、教育和宣传、建立回收示范项目 ,从而建立一个环保性。
The article describes the situation and the problems of recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment in China, puts forward a sustainable strategy of WEEE recycling ---- legislation, recycling business development, second hand market stimulation, recycling technology improvement, education and promotion, and recycling demonstration project , thus creating a environment friendly and economic recycling system.
