摘要 采用 MICRO VAXⅡ计算机,在 VAX/VMS操作系统和UGⅡ图形软 件包的支持下,研制开发了钻削类组合机床夹具交互式CAD系统。针对箱体 类零件夹具的典型结构,开发了夹具CAD与机床三图一卡CAD的数据接 口;提出“三维问题二维解决”的新思路;建立了适用于夹具装配图设计的 有特色的图形库,以体索两维拼装原理设计专用件,并在图层控制下实现装 配图CAD与专用件CAD之间的信息传递。 Making use of Micro VAX Ⅱ computer, an interactive CAD system for tongs of drilling modular machine tools supported by VAX/VMS operation system and UG Ⅱ graphic software system is presented in this paper. The data interface between three-drawing and one-card and fixture CAD has been developed for some typical structure layout of tongs for type parts. The new methodology of CAD system is to process the 3-D design problem by 2-D way. The graphic base adapted to design the assembly drawing of tongs is built especially, and the drawing of special components is created by 2-D composition strategy of some geometric primitives. Under the control of graphic layer, the information could be transferred between assembly drawing CAD subsystem and special part CAD subsystem.
