摘要
合成并测定了N,N’-烷撑双脂肪酰胺系列化合物的红外吸收光谱和电 子轰击源质谱,对其质谱断裂途径进行总结,并用环状离子解释了谱图中主 要碎片离子的来源。结果表明,N,N-烷撑双脂肪酞胺具有仲酰胺的红外吸 收光谱特征;当烷撑和脂肪酸链长不同时,具有相似质谱断裂形式。
N ,N'-(Alkanediyl)bisalkanamides with the following general formula have been synthesized and the El spectra have been examined: CH3(CH2)n-2NHCO(CH2)mHNCO(CH2)n-2CH3 in which m = 2,4, or 6; n = 6,7, 10,12 or 18. The results show that members of different series with different n and m have similar mode of fragmentation, there exist ions of cyclic structure which result from the fragmentation of the alkanediyl portion of the molecule. Ions of cyclic structure are quite common in the spectra of this class of compounds. In the 1 , 4-butanediyl series (i. e. m = 4) fragment ion with 4 membered ring has the highest relative intensity among all the cyclic ions, while in the 1, 6-hexanediy series (m = 6) the ion with 6 membered ring is the strongest. Fragment ion with m /z 70 is common to all spectra but it forms the base peak in 1 , 4-butanediylbisalkanamides.
