摘要
房地产销售人员一直被视为高收入、高工作压力的从业人群。但近年来,我国相继出台了诸如"房地产限购令"等国家宏观调控政策,使房地产市场进入了持续低迷的状态,房地产销售人员也陷入了收入下降而工作压力激增的困境,引起房地产企业大批的销售人员流失。因而,房地产销售人员工作压力的管理成为了企业管理者与人力资源研究者重点关注的问题。将沉浸体验引入工作压力管理之中,通过采取人力资源管理措施促进房地产销售人员积极工作压力的产生,在房地产行业生存环境风险增大的情况下实现员工与企业的和谐发展。
Real estate sales has already been regarded as the staff with high income and high job stress.But in recent years,Chinese government's macro-control policies have been introduced such as'on the real estate purchase orders',the real estate market has entered a downturn.Real estate sales also fell into a decline in revenue and job stress surge caused by the real estate business difficulties,a large number of sales staff loss.Therefore,the job stress of real estate sales management has become the enterprise managers and human resources research focuses on the problem.This paper will introduce flow experience into management of job stress,human resource management by taking measures to promote the positive pressure of real estate sales,to realize the harmonious development of employees and enterprises in the real estate industry increases in the living environment of the case of risk.
