住房保障信息网上公开工作实践研究——以江苏省13个省辖市为例

Housing Information Online Practice Research——take example as 13 cities in Jiangsu province

近年来,国家高度重视住房保障工作,住房保障信息公开也成为促进住房保障工作顺利开展的有力促动因素。当前,政府网站已经成为住房保障信息的最主要公开平台,江苏省作为我国的沿海发达省份,住房保障工作力度不断加强,住房保障信息化建设不断发展。立足于江苏省各省辖市住房保障信息公开工作实践,对各省辖市在政府网站公开住房保障信息的情况进行分析,主要研究探讨住房保障信息公开的规范依据、住房保障信息公开工作中存在的不足,针对存在的问题也提出了相应的解决建议,以进一步完善住房保障信息公开制度,畅通社会公众与政府的住房保障信息公开渠道,为进一步完善全国住房保障信息公开工作提供有益启示。

In recent years,the government has been paying high attention to the housing security work and the disclosure of information concerning housing security has become a big contributory factor in the promotion of housing security work.At present,government websites have become the main platform for the disclosure of hosing security information.Jiangsu Province,as a developed coastal province in China,has seen its housing security work constantly strengthened and its housing security information construction work constantly reinforced.This article,based on the work practice of housing security in cities of Jiangsu Province,analyses the housing security information disclosure on government websites,mainly discusses the normative foundation of housing security information disclosure and the shortcomings in the housing security information disclosure work,and provides corresponding solutions to existing problems. This article aims to improve the housing security information disclosure work,guarantee a smooth channel between the public and the government on the housing security information,further enlighten the national housing security information disclosure work.
