System Control of Real Estate Development Based on Resources Integration

为研究房地产开发运营机制并对其进行有效控制,以资源整合为出发点,提出了基于产业生态的房地产开发系统,分析了房地产开发运营资源优化整合的理论依据和现实需求,构建了以专业化细分能力突破为导向的房地产开发系统控制模式,探讨了房地产开发系统控制中土地经营投资、资金使用及运营管理三个关键能力的培育建设。

Aiming to study the operating mechanism of real estate development,this article put forward the real estate development system based on industrial ecology with resource integration as a starting point,analyzed the theoretical basis and practical needs of the optimization and integration of real estate development,built system control mode of real estate development which is oriented by a professional subdivision,and discussed the ability cultivating in land management,fund utilizing and operation management.
