Study on the Operation of Shanty Town Rebuilding from a Systematic View

为研究棚户区改造运作机理并对其进行有效控制,在评析国内外棚户区改造总体发展情况的基础上,提出基于系统工程的改造机理,探寻棚户区改造效果最优的实施路径,构建棚户区改造实施运作动态循环过程模型,探讨棚户区改造效果评价体系。

To study the rebuilding of shanty town and thus make the effective control of the mechanism,this paper proposed the rebuilding mechanism of shanty town from a systematic view based on reviewing the overall development and studies at home and aboard.This paper explored the implementation that could make optimal effect of rebuilding,built the dynamic model for the operation of shanty town rebuilding,and discussed the shanty town rebuilding evaluation system.
