Investigation on the Establishment of Policy Housing Bank Based on Housing Fund

我国住房公积金制度发展至今,其发挥作用的经济社会环境已经发生了巨大的变化。这给我国住房公积金制度带来一系列严峻挑战,也带来了改革的重大机遇,结合我国目前住房金融发展的实际情况,在住房公积金的基础上发展政策性住房银行,是比较可行的途径。

China's housing fund system has developed for quite a long time. Great changes have taken place in the economic and social environments in which the housing fund system plays a role. It brings about major opportunities of reform as well as the severe challenges.The main point of view of this paper is that,developing a policy housing bank on the basis of housing fund is a relatively feasible way to solve the current problems.
