居民商品住房满意度研究——以义乌市为例

Commercial Housing Residents Satisfaction Research——take Yiwu city as an example

随着我国消费性商品住房比重的增加,房地产行业越来越重视居民住房满意度的研究。通过建立居民商品住房满意度评价体系,利用德尔菲法和层次分析法确定了影响满意度各因素的重要性权重,在居民住房满意度问卷调查分析的基础上,对义乌市居民商品住房满意度进行了评价,最后提出改善居民商品住房满意度的建议。

With the increasing rates of consumption demand of commercial housing in China, researches on resident housing satisfaction get more recognition by real estate industry.Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process were used to set up satisfaction evaluation system of commercial housing,and the weight coefficient of evaluation indicators.On the basis of the analysis of questionnaire survey,resident housing satisfaction of Yiwu city is evaluated,and the suggestion of improving the satisfaction degree of commercial housing is put forward.
