摘要
培育和发展住房租赁市场是完善我国住房制度的重要内容,有助于满足城镇中低收入群体住房需求,降低人口市民化成本。系统梳理我国住房租赁供给结构、发展问题、经验借鉴及政策建议等的研究成果,总结主要研究观点和内容。下一步,应强化住房租赁市场的实证分析、住房租赁政策实施效果评估及国外经验借鉴的可行性研究。
To cultivate and develop the housing rental market is an important part of improving the housing system in China. It can help to meet the housing demand of low-income groups in cities, and reduce the cost of migrant population.The researches of China's rental housing about the supply structure, existing problems,overseas experiences and policy suggestions were summarized. It is necessary to strengthen the quantitative and empirical research of the housing rental market, the evaluation of the implementation effect of housing leasing policies and the feasibility study of foreign experience.
