本文以物的流动理论引出了新型复杂装备维修保障作业流,从作业流视角剖析了新型复杂装备维修保障的现状和问题,提出了维修保障作业内容小保融入大保、作业模式三级转化为两级、作业指令简政放权、作业时限明确统一和作业技术吸收利用等改善措施,指导新型复杂装备维修保障能力生成。

This paper discusses the flow of maintenance and support of new-type complex equipment based on the theory of flow, analyzes the status and problems of the maintenance and support of new-type complex equipment from the flow perspective, and presents some improvement suggestion: integrate maintenance support operation content is into the big scale support, convert the 3-level operation mode into two levels, simplify the job instructions,clear the operation time limits, absorb and use the operational technology. These measures would guide the capacity generation of maintenance and support of new-type complex equipment.
