Study on the construction of space training evaluation system

太空训练评估是改进太空训练质量、检验训练效果的重要手段。本文从分析太空训练的特点入手,研究太空训练评估体系构建的指导原则,从评估理论与指导思想、评估组织机构与人员、评估标准与指标体系、信息采集系统、评估模型与方法及软件系统与平台等方面分析太空训练评估体系内容,设计太空训练评估体系运用流程和步骤,可为改进和优化太空训练评估、促进遂行太空任务能力生成提供参考。

The evaluation of space training is an important means of testing space training effect and improving the training quality. Starting with the analysis of the characteristics of space training, this paper studies the guiding principles for the construction of the evaluation system of space training, analyzes the contents of the evaluation system of space training from the aspects of evaluation theory and guiding ideology, evaluation organization and personnel, evaluation criteria and index system, information acquisition system, evaluation model and method, software system and platform, etc.,and the space training evaluation system is designed and applied. It is helpful for improving and optimizing the evaluation of space training and promoting the generation of space mission capability.
