标准舟节保养翻转机构的设计

摘要 针对单位日常进行标准舟节维修保养的需要,利用库房外器材晾晒场地现有的桁吊,增加1套电动葫芦吊钩,分别同时起吊标准舟节两端面,在标准舟节悬空状态下利用电机带动齿轮进行轴向旋转,实现翻面,最大限度保证浮箱翻面时人员和设备的安全。为战备器材的储备、维修、保养,启发了新的思路,具有较高的实用价值。 Aiming at meeting the daily requirements of our unit in maintaining standard boat sections,and also in order to make full use of the present truss cranes in the airing field of the storehouse for the equipment of our unit,we have a set of electric hoist hooks added respectively to lift both the end surfaces of the standard boat section at the same time,and then an electric machine is used to drive the gear to make the standard boat section axially overturn when it is hung in the air so as to ensure the security of both the workers and the equipment to the greatest extent when the overturning operation is carried out.This new method provides a new thinking way for storing,maintaining and repairing our combat readiness equipment.And the method is also of much value in practicability.
