摘要
现有的公路运输通道能力评估方法并未考虑随机因素影响。采用路段动态通行能力作为路段的容量限制,并以两种路段动态通行能力的计算方法—折算系数法和基于证据理论的计算方法为基础,建立了公路运输通道动态通行能力的计算模型。算例表明,该方法可行有效。
As the existing capacity-assessing methods for the transportation corridors of highways have not taken account of the random factors,a new calculation model for the traffic capacity of a highway is established in the present paper,where the calculation methods are based on the capacity-conversion coefficient method and the evidence theory for the dynamic capacity of the road section.Upon the basis of applying the method to some practical calculation examples,the model is proved to be feasible and efficient.
