摘要
为减小新填路基荷载对京沪高铁路基沉降的影响,新建石家庄至济南客运专线工程与京沪高铁衔接部分采用了泡沫轻质土。结合施工实践,详细介绍了现浇泡沫轻质土配合比的室内试验及其现场施工工艺。施工实践表明,路基工程中使用泡沫轻质土大大节约了施工时间、减少了成本投入,施工及工后沉降得到有效控制,施工效果良好。
In order to reduce the effect of the load of the newly-filled sub-grade on the settlement of the sub-grade of the Shanghai-Beijing High-Speed Railway,the linking section between the newly-built Shijiazhuang-Ji’nan Passenger-oriented Railway and the Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway is built with foamed light-weight soil.With the construction of the linking section as a practical example,introduced in detail in the present paper are the indoor tests for the mix ratio of the cast-in-place foamed light-weight soil.Construction practice shows that the application of the light-weight soil to the sub-grade project helps much save the construction time and reduce the costs,with the settlement both during and after the construction effectively controlled and good construction results achieved.
