摘要
涉水轨道梁施工中,为保证施工质量、结构安全及施工工期,通过方案比选,确定采用联体钢套箱作为模板及挡水围堰。介绍了钢套箱设计、安装及基床处理、封底混凝土及轨道基础混凝土施工等关键技术。有效解决了轨道梁水下块石基床处理困难、施工质量不易保证等难题,施工效果良好。
In the construction of wading track beams,the conjoined steel box is adopted as the formwork and the water-retaining cofferdam, upon the basis of the comparative choice of various construction schemes,to ensure the quality of construction, the structural security and the construction duration requirement. Introduced in the present paper are the design and installation of the conjoined steel box, and other key techniques such as the treatment of the sub-grade,the construction of the bottom-sealing concrete and the concrete of the base of the track.With the above-mentioned construction techniques adopted for the project,effectively solved are the difficult problems that the underwater rubble bedding of the track beam is difficult to treat and the construction quality is hard to ensure, with the satisfactory effect of construction achieved.
