摘要
为满足宁安铁路跨越秋浦河特大桥施工需要,结合地质条件、曲线桥梁的实际情况,采用以折代曲的栈桥形式,设计了带有悬臂结构的四联连续贝雷梁栈桥。采用大型有限元软件Midas建立了栈桥的空间有限元模型,并且考虑了公路一级车道荷载和施工用履带吊两种荷载,并与栈桥自重作为相应的荷载组合进行了计算和分析。计算结果表明,栈桥结构符合强度和刚度要求;通过工程应用,该栈桥结构的安全性得到了检验。
In order to meet the construction needs of the Ning-An Railway crossing the Qiupu River Mega Bridge, and upon the basis of taking into consideration the specific geological conditions and the practical circumstances of curved bridges,a four-link continuous Bailey beam trestle bridge with a cantilever structure is designed in the paper that is in the form of kinking instead of curving. The spatial finite element model for the trestle bridge is established with the help of the large-type finite element software Midas, two kinds of loads, i.e. the grade-I lane load of a highway and the crawler-crane for construction, are considered, and are calculated and analyzed with the weight of the trestle bridge as the corresponding load combination. The results of the calculation show that the trestle structure meets the requirements in strength and rigidity. Through engineering application, the security of the trestle structure is tested.
