摘要
介绍了长枕埋入式无砟轨道使用的混凝土轨枕制造技术。通过对轨枕结构设计时承载能力要求和预应力偏心影响的分析,提出桥枕设计的两种结构配筋方案,对比分析得到合理的配筋方案。通过对钢模结构的设计,提出两种预埋铁座固定装置方案并对比,得到合适的预埋铁座固定方案。对轨枕生产的工艺流程和关键技术控制进行优化设计,对长枕埋入式轨枕进行静载抗裂强度检验。新型轨枕满足使用要求并有一定安全富余量。
The manufacturing technology of the concrete sleeper for the long-sleeper embedded ballastless track is studied in the paper.Upon the basis of analyzing the requirement in the designed bearing capacity of the sleeper and the effect of the pre-stressing eccentricity,put forward in the present paper are two reinforcement-layout schemes,with the rational reinforcement-layout scheme chosen after the comparative analysis of the schemes.Through the design of the steel-form structure,two fixing schemes of the embedded iron bases are put forward and compared, with the right scheme of the proper embedded iron base obtained.The process flow of and the control of the key techniques for the production of sleepers are optimally designed.The new-type long embedded sleeper is put to the static-load-crack-resistance test and is found to be up to the requirement for use with certain margin in security.
