城市轨道交通短枕式轨排组装台座的设计、制作与应用

On the Design,Manufacturing and Application of the Assembling Platform for Short-Sleeper-Type Track Skeletons for Urban Rail Transit

传统的短枕式轨排组装方法工艺简陋、机械化程度低,组装质量不易控制、受人为因素影响较大。提出了一种新型轨排组装台座的设计思路,并详细介绍了其制作方法和应用。施工实践证明新型轨排组装台座经济性、使用性、通用性良好,值得大力推广。

Owing to the fact that the technology of the assembling methods for traditional short-sleeper track skeletons is very simple and backward, the degree of their mechanization is low,the assembling quality is hard to control,and it is much affected by manual factors,put forward in the present paper is a thinking way of designing a new-type assembling platform for track skeletons,with its manufacturing methods and applications introduced in detail.Construction practice shows that the new-type track-skeleton-assembling platform is much worth popularizing,because it is good in economy, uses and universability.
