摘要
某铁路客专隧道衬砌左边墙出现长距离的纵向裂缝。根据现场踏勘情况,采用室内试验和数值模拟的方法分析了隧道衬砌产生纵向裂缝的主要原因:山坡地表线路左侧的陷坑有利于地表大气降雨大量渗入地层到达隧道左侧围岩;软(弱)板岩受水浸泡产生膨胀力作用于边墙使衬砌结构内侧产生较大拉应力。针对裂缝情况,采用裂缝灌胶和在深长裂缝两侧打设骑缝锚杆进行整治。整治后裂缝状态稳定。
Long longitudinal cracks occur in the left-side lined wall of a certain tunnel of a passenger-dedicated railway.According to the result of the field investigation,analyzed by means of both the lab tests and the numerical simulation method in the present paper are the main causes of the longitudinal cracks in the lining of the tunnel,which include:the existence of a long pit on the left side of the railway route on the hill slope helps much rainwater seep into the strata till the left-side surrounding rock of the tunnel after it rains;the swelling pressure of the weak slate resulting from being soaked by water acts on the side walls and results in great tensile stress of the internal sides of the lined structure.Aiming at the specific circumstances of the cracks,the cracks are repaired and treated by means of filling them with polymer glue and providing crack-crossing anchorage bolts on both sides of the deep and long cracks.After being repaired and treated,the state of the cracks is found to be stable.
