L-band Integrated Duplexer

利用PJN管设计和制作了一个乙波段集成收发开关。它的主要特性是,隔离比>40db,输入驻波比<1.5,插入损耗<1db。它具有体积小、重量轻,安装调试方便的优点。本文叙述了它的设计和制作过程。

A L-band hybrid integrated duplexer using P-I-N diodes is designed and fabricated, principal performances are; isolation ratio is more than 40db; input-USWR is less than 1.5; insertion loss is loss than one db.This duplexer has attractive advantages—light weight, small valume, compact in structure, easy to set and adjust.procedures for design and preparing of this duplexer are described.
