摘要 用所设定的参数可以很好地进行熔融纺丝。通过改变试验参数,可使纤维性能更好,并且能够更有效、更容易地控制纤维的加工过程。试验将提供一种生产弹性纤维的新方法,该方法具有不改变原有机器、不增加资本及产物损耗的优点。 Melt spinning experiments are performed successfully with the here explained experimental set up. Filament yarn properties need to be improved through more variations in the process parameters. Possibilities are available to improve the yarn properties. Improvement in yarn properties with the given setup will lead to a flexible,efficient and easy to control process. It will provide new opportunities to the elastic yarn producers in terms of machine development,capital cost and production costs.
