改性聚酯/棉混纺针织物舒适性

Comfort properties of modified polyester/cotton knitted fabrics

摘要 选取6种不同混纺比的改性聚酯/棉针织物,对其力学性能、吸湿性能(回潮率、吸湿速率)和热湿传递性能(热阻、湿阻、保水率、芯吸速率)进行了研究,并对改性聚酯/棉针织物的吸湿速率和芯吸速率进行了理论分析。研究结果表明:改性聚酯/棉混纺比为35/65的针织物具有最良好的力学性能和舒适性。 Focused on several aspects of the comfort properties of knitted polyester /cotton fabrics,composite yarns were used modified polyester fiber with trefoil cross-sectional shapes and nature cotton fibers at different blend ratios. The comfort properties studied here were the fabric dynamic moisture absorption( moisture regain and moisture absorption rate),thermal and moisture management( thermal resistance,vapor resistance,water keeping capacity and wicking rate). The dynamic moisture absorption and behavior of wicking were modeled. The mechanical properties of fiber,yarn and fabrics were also tested. The results indicated that textiles made from polyester /cotton( blend ratio 35 /65) provided a better comfort properties as well as enough mechanical performance.
