评价供应商是为了选择优质的合作伙伴,提升供应链整体竞争力。在供应商选择的基础上,合作关系的维护十分重要,采用科学的方法对供应商进行管理不仅能够最大限度地利用外部资源、提升运作效率,还可以降低管理成本。以E公司为例,为促进与供应商的顺畅合作,提出供应商分类管理新思路,进行了供应商分类,并针对不同类型供应商提出相应的管理策略,最大限度地应用供应商优势,使管理效率最优化,管理成本最小化。
Evaluation of suppliers was to choose better partners and enhance the competitiveness of supply chain on the overall level. Besides supplier selection,the maintenance of cooperation was very important. It could not only maximize the value of external resources,improve operational efficiency,but also reduce management costs with scientific methods to manage suppliers. In order to promote smooth cooperation,a new category management idea was proposed to classify the suppliers referring to enterprise E,and appropriate management strategies for different types of them were proposed to maximize the application of suppliers' advantages,so that the management efficiency would be optimized and costs would be minimized.
