摘要
纺织行业污染排放带来的环境问题一直是我国环境治理的重点与难点。分析了纺织行业的污染现状,并从经济学的视角进一步分析了纺织行业污染治理存在市场失灵的原因,以及政府在污染治理方面的政策效果,提出了污染治理的制度安排和政策措施。
Environmental problems of pollution in textile industry were always a weak area for China. The pollution situation of textile industry was analyzed,and after further analysing of the reasons for market failure and the effect of government policy during textile industry pollution control form economic angle,institutional arrangements and policy measures for pollution control were proposed.
