摘要
对比测试与分析了仪纶^(TM)纤维、常规聚酯纤维和棉纤维的性能。分别选用环锭纺、赛络纺、赛络紧密纺纺纱工艺,纺制线密度相同的纯纺仪纶^(TM)、仪纶^(TM)/棉混纺、常规聚酯/棉混纺与棉纯纺纱线,测试和分析了纱线的性能。试验结果显示:仪纶^(TM)纤维的力学性能介于常规聚酯和棉纤维之间,初始模量小;不同纺纱工艺纺制的仪纶^(TM)纱线总体性能相似,赛络紧密纺纱线纱体结构更均匀;相同混纺比的仪纶^(TM)/棉纱线的回潮率较常规聚酯/棉纱线的回潮率高。
Fiber properties of Yilon^(TM),polyester and cotton were tested respectively.Ring spinning,siro spinning and siro compact spinning were selected to produce the same yarn count of Yilon^(TM) and Yilon^(TM)/cotton blended yarns,as well as cotton and common polyester/cotton blended yarns.The properties of yarns were also tested. The experimental results showed that the mechanical performance of YilonTMfiber was something between common polyester and cotton,and its initial modulus was smaller than other fibers.The properties of yarns resembled,and however,the siro compact spinning yarn had uniformed surface construction.The moisture regain of Yilon^(TM)/cotton blended yarns were larger than that of common polyester/cotton blended yarn.
