摘要
介绍了在大规模生产设备上引入新的液相后缩聚(LSP)技术的工业聚酯(PET)长丝生产工艺。不仅给出了新技术的优点,而且讨论了为获得所期望的力学性能并保持力学性能的稳定性时,严格的工艺控制条件下操作高度复杂的反应和传送过程存在的挑战。LSP技术不仅能以较低的投资和操作成本用于标准高强度聚酯长丝的大量生产,而且还可应用于具有特殊附加值产品的生产,如海洋涂饰纤维,它可被特别开发用于原油生产浮式生产储油卸油(FPSO)平台的深水系泊系统的纤维。
The new production process of industrial polyester(PET)yarn using a liquid state post-condensation(LSP)technology in a large scale production facility was introduced objectively.It described the new process and showed not only the benefits of this new technology but also discusses the challenges to operate a higyly complex reaction and transport phenomena process under tight process control conditions in order to produce yarn with the desired mechanical charateristics yet with reduced mechanical properties variability.Furthermore,it will be shown that the LSP technology can not only be used for high volume production of standard high-tenacity polyester yarns with a lower investment and operating cost,but also for special value added products with the example of a yarn with marine finish developed specifically for ultra-deep water moorings of oil production Floating Production,Storage and Offioading(FPSO)platforms.
