摘要
研究了康复支具手套对脑卒中患者偏瘫侧手部肿胀的治疗作用。将20名伴有手部肿胀的脑卒中患者按照自愿穿戴手套原则分为治疗组和对照组两组。治疗组患者每天穿戴康复支具手套6h,两组患者均接受常规手部康复训练。治疗前后通过水置换法测量手部体积进行疗效评估,观察时间为5d。结果显示:治疗组患者手部肿胀程度明显改善(P<0.05),康复支具手套对脑卒中患者偏瘫侧手部肿胀有较好的治疗效果。
The effects of rehabilitation brace glove on hand dropsy in stroke patients was studied.20 cases of stroke patients with hand dropsy were subdivided into control group and glove use group on voluntary basis of wearing glove.The patients in glove use group took therapy with wearing glove 6hours a day.Hand dropsy was tested by water displacement method for two groups before and after5 days.The results showed that there were good effects on decreasing dropsy(P<0.05)with the glove.Rehabilitation brace glove was an effective treatment on affected hand dropsy with stroke.
