摘要
如今,人们期望服装能够防水甚至防油污,以保护自身免受雨水与污垢的侵扰。但是如果生产商赋予服装这些特性,则往往需要加入对环境有害、甚至危害人类健康的化合物。近年来,基于氟碳树脂的织物整理技术已被应用,以使织物获得上述特性,然而,由于所用整理剂的持久性与毒性危害,会产生很多不良影响。拒水性一直是户外服与运动服装的一个关键指标。与此同时,现代高分子化学的发展促进了开发各种不含致癌、致突变和生殖毒性(CMR)化合物的持久无碳氟防水整理树脂替代品的可能性。
It is now normal to expect water and even dirt and oil-repellent clothing,protecting us from rain and soiling.These features promised by manufacturers often necessarily require compounds that are dangerous to the environment or are even harmful to human health.In recent years,resins based on fluorocarbons have been used in textile finishing to achieve those mentioned characteristics.However,lately these systems have become discredited due to their persistence and their toxicological effects.However,the water-repellency of outdoor and sportswear is still a crucial factor.In the meantime,modern polymer chemistry has opened up the possibility to develop numerous alternatives to fluorocarbon-based resins without using compounds that are carcinogenic,mutagenic or toxic for reproduction(CMR).
